Does anyone think it is good to jog all 7 days a week but for only 15 min each day?

Should be fine as long you don't ache or get any pains.
well if you were a professional fighter or training MT in thailand you'd be running 5-10k twice a day.
I'd prefer it alter light/heavy days with a day off inbetween..but I get achilles/shin trouble so I have to mix it up.
15 mins a day? you only run 2 miles a day, thats not so great man, but if your a begginer or new to the fitness then keep it up
i personally run 5 miles in the morning and 8 in the evening, but then i do more than just boxing!
how do u know the distance you run. I'm assuming you doin't use some kind of GPS system.
damn straight, i also have a personal team of elves that follow me and measure the distance of my steps ive taken. i could have also driven a track, and counted the number of miles, then run it every day... but that would be unrealisticOriginally Posted by vex

Growl.... if money wasn't so tight I'd buy a wagon-load of GPS watches, I haven't checked the black market, but I hear they fetch a humble price of $150.00+
vex, if you wanna know every increment of your run, just use a Bike/'w/e's Odometer and track the distance, or just run around a marked track. Intensity makes Reality.
