How do i lose weight excercise wise

at the moment im a 11 yr old Super lightweight (140 lbs) i want to get down to a flyweight (112 lbs) thats 2 stone i want to lose it in a yr any tips

Yeah, my tip is to not bother with trying to lose so much weight.

You are 11 years old, you will put on weight naturally at that age, you are still growing and maturing buddy. Don't worry about numbers at your age, just train hard and enjoy your boxing. If you train hard and box regularly, you won't be fat

superflyweight eh, so you weight about as much as my arm. really you dont need to go down anymore, and trust me, little kids in that division wont have the punch to bother you
