Well if Barrera is going to come out of retirement, no better opponent.

This was a FOTY type fight for me and I thought Barrera won the first time around. Great fight and I think it will still be a great fight though I would tip Marquez to win this time. Still, this is a great fight and would love to see Marquez have a great fight while Pac fights David Diaz

After this bring on Morales - Barrera IV

Barrera is looking for his last hurrah, I disagree that Marquez is a good opponent for him at this stage, JMM has shown much more lasting power than MAB lately.

"Some ringside observers saw Marquez winning a very close decision, the official ringside judges barely scored any rounds for Barrera. Even Marquez said the fight was closer than the official scorecards which read 118-109, 116-111 and 116-111, all for Marquez."

I thought Marquez won cleanly. Was a good fight but nothing controversial to me and I'm not that excited about a rematch at least not yet.

    Nate Campbell wouldn't be bad.

i would prefer this actually then another pac mab fight cause mab is not competitive against pac at all. he is with jmm though, there first fight was nice i wouldn't mind seeing another one between them two. I would of love to see jmm morales as well but i don't see it happening.

but I would cheer for jmm in their second fight, cause if mab wins. That might earn him another shot at pac which i do not want to see. I rather see pac jmm 3 then pac mab 3. jmm is a lot more competitive against pac then mab is.

not surprisingly I disagree. MAB/PAC2 was more technical but certainly not some one sided drubbing some members would like to think it was, I was only watching it again the other night.

JMM has shown he deserves to be right up there despite some peculiar performances.

I agree. Barrera pretty much had a full tank of gas left vs Pac cuz he never really fought at pace . Neither did Pac and cuz neither engaged it never caught fire like Barrera - Marquez did .

I think Marco just wanted to go 12 vs Pac and he seemed happy with that. Hes had a sudden change of heart these past few months in retirement and probably thinks he can do better . Marquez though is still a top fighter and Barrera is alot older in ring yuears so I wouldnt advise he takes that fight even though I think he won the 1st time. Id prefer to see Barrera take on Pac and give it a proper fo this time and fight like the Barrera of old. . . . the Barrera who was THE MAN !!!!

Barrera should stay retired. He isnt going to come back any better now. Just let it be, he has done so much. No point getting into old man comebacks because they seldom end pretty.

No doubt, it seems everyone dreams of having a second wind like Foreman did, what they don't understand is that is the exception and not the rule, especially at Super Feather where there is a constant influx of fresh talent.

Marquez should be looking at guys like Guzman or Valero to strengthen his legacy while awaiting a Pacquiao rubber match.

Barrera should stay retired he has nothing more to prove

MAB was looking to survive v Manny last time out,he should just stay retired. JMM would be silly to take this rematch with so many other good fights out there for him.
