hi guys im new here first post ^^, hi

ive been doing weightlifting for a while now, ive worked so hard to put on weight, gained 3 stone in 7 months, its extremely hard for me to gain mass tho as i have a very high metablism, and its so easy for me to lose weight.

so i am only doing running to keep fit and stay in shape and to get rdy for boxing and lose a little fat of my abs, but will i also lose mass of my arms, legs and other parts etc? if i keep running daily? most of it is muscle but i really dont wanna start losing all the "fat" i do have and start having skinny arms and legs coz of running.

will this happen?
