    Age 36
    Weight 194lbs
    Height 6ft 2"
    body fat 23%
    Experience - Five years on and off. Around 20 sessions with a trainer (this year).
    Goals - white collar event later this year.
    Weight - 175lbs
    body fat - 15%

    Where I am now. Lost over 14lbs by doing boxing training since Christmas, sparring now, but feel there's a lot more improvement.

    Had a good session yesterday.

    stretch. 3 rounds intensive pad workout. 15 rounds on the bags. 4 rounds skipping. stretch.

    weight, body fat etc still the same, but I feel much better (even if I did go on the piss last night)

    two days off - back at it today with two sessions down the gym.

    Morning - trainer - skip then shadow box for 4X2 minute rounds each - 5 rounds on the pads - 1 4 minute round on speed ball with elbows right up - floor to ceiling - sit up circuit - stretch

    Evening - some boxing class at the local gym - all to music (it was alright) 45 minutes - stretch etc.

    Good workout yesterday.

    Morning - sparring, pads, skipping, speed ball, floor to ceiling, circuit, abs circuit.

    Evening - football (scored one - lost the game) . Feel shit loads faster that I used to be.

    Weight now 190 lbs
    body fat still the same? wtf?

    23% of 4 lbs is still almost a pound of fat taken off in a week, not that bad considering you're training rather than crash dieting. Keep it up

    Skipping/Shadow boxing 2 rounds each

    12 rounds bag work 4 round speed ball 3 floor to ceiling

    circuit bar jumps, press ups and sit ups

    warm up then - 5 rounds pads intense - 12 minutes solid speed ball. 12 minutes solid skipping.

    killer circuit.

    Monday: road work 6-7 miles

    Today: 2 rounds skipping - 5 rounds pads - 2 rounds sparring - 2 rounds bags - 3 rounds shaddow boxing (with weights) 5 minute skip (with sprints)
