    Default Treadmill v's Crosstrainer?

Does anyone have any views? I do both at the moment......the crosstrainer seems to work the legs better with high resistance.

the cross trainer is gay, after about half an hour you dont even know you have been on it, go for a run for ten mins and burn it, it will be ten times better for you than an hour on the cross trainer.

: depends on the resistance and whether you are trotting or not :

if you are concerned about damaging the knees are very overweight, want to track time I would say use both machines if not there is no real reason why you can't hit the road.
