Carlos Quintana - superb counterpuncher. Just ask Paul Williams and Joel Julio.

Shane Mosley is a pretty good.

Fast Eddie Chambers is one of the best the HW division.

Chris Byrd used to be amazing.

    Tarver ain't bad either.

    Some old names:

Ray Robinson (how did you forget that one, Ice!)
    Floyd Patterson
    Ezzard Charles
    Billy Conn

    Finito
    JMM
    Benitez
    PBF

Thanks for the Winky mention. But anymore it seems like he isn't a real true counterpuncher, he just uses his defense and waits for a punch barrage to end, then he goes on the offense?

Id call Winky a pressure fighter, really.. Definetly not a true counter puncher.
