Final outcome, Tiger Woods wins the US Open and wins his 14th Major.

Great play by Rocco Mediate in a see saw back and forth battle that saw him fall just a little short of the greatest player now, and most likely ever in the game of golf.

Signing out from Torrey Pines and the U.S. Open Gold Championship, I am youngblood, and now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Its what defines a good sportsman from a great sportsman.

Those that seem to have some sort of sadistic affection for pressure situations.

That was insane... Although Woods shouldn't have had to struggle that much for the win IMO.

But hey! a win is a win and that's matters in the end.

Watched the whole playoff. Was at my grandpas and PGE was doing some work down the road and for months in advance they said that the power would be out from 1-1:30 as they did some work. They went to the green at 18 at exactly 1 PM my time but luckily they didn't shut it off until right after Mediate missed that long putt and it was going to a 19th hole. It came back right when Tiger dropped to his knee I thought he messed up bad but I guess since Mediate missed his next one it didn't matter.
