Ok,Ill go with the obvious one, your pushing your jab and not driving it
Prob. not constructive, but yea....told ya that thing was too light. How much you weigh?
The bag also needs to be higher.
About 10 and a half stone.
#2 Your lunging your head forward when your coming in,a cross there would devastate you your out of balance when you do that
Cheers for that, I will try and improve. Anything else ?
3 Ok same thing I told Andrew, youve got a perdictable rythm, and you arent doubling up enough to change the rythm
4 Have you been taught how to throw a proper overhand cross, you can use doubling to set that up
5 Write down combinations before hand, just to analyze why they might be effective in a live fight, try and think towards what you want to set up,throw every punch with force and intent obviously, but think what your opponent blocking shot 1 might be opening up
The bag is 27 kg, that is just short of 60 lbs. I do not know if it is too late for you to return it, but if you could, I would and try for a heavier one...as I mentioned when you first arrived here, that thing will be swinging all over the place, and here is the proof.
If you cannot, I suppose you must make the best of it, but it definately NEEDS to be higher.
unless you plan on fighting midgets you need to throw punch at eye level and even jab up on the bag. which gets to what youngblood said, it's too low.
