As you might know Kessler is fighting in Copenhagen this saturday. On the undercard is one of Sartison's stablemates Gennady Golovkin.

His pro-record isn't that stellar (12-0) with the best win probably being the UD against former Abraham and BCD victim Ian Gardner.

His amateur record on the other hand is definitely stellar. Amateur middleweight world champ at 21 in 2003, defeating on the way Matvey Korobov (world champ 2005 and 2007), Andy Lee (29-9) and in the quarterfinal stopping the two years older Lucian Bute. At the 2004 Olympics Golovkin won silver, defeating Andre Dirrell in the semifinals. I know amateur is amateurs and pro is pros, but this picques my interest in this guy. Does anyone know anything about him, have an opinion or even better some footage (I'd especially like to see the Bute-fight, for the sake of curiosity)? Is he a force to be reckoned with in the 160 division?

There is a few videos on youtube, most interesting perhaps this sweet ko of Tshepo Mashego:
