    1. Fix your diet. Cut out fast food, soda, and things with high sugar in them. Replacing little things like making your sandwiches open face, and replacing your meats with chicken breast.
    2. Atkins is not your friend. You need the carbs to have energy for the day. BUT you need good carbs. Carbs from things such as fruits, veggies, whole grain/wheat bread, oatmeal, etc. are all good for you. Carbs from high sugar cereals such as Frosted Flakes, candy, sweets, etc. are not good.
    3. Cardio, cardio, cardio. I can't stress that enough. It will help you last in the ring, and not to mention cut bodyfat, which you wanna do. Don't forget to lift too, you don't want to lose bodyfat, but still keep some of your weight. Weighing yourself shouldn't be an indication of how fit you are, but how much bodyfat on your body should.
    3. Supplements are your friends. A person doesn't not get the full nurteints a person needs throughout the day. You need the supplements to keep your body in top shape. Me personally, I take(parenthesis are what I take):
    Whey Protein(Optimum 100%)
    EAS Myoplex Meal Replacements
Flax Seed Oil(HFS Flax Liquid Gold)
    Multivitamin(AST Multi Pro 32X)
    Amino Acid(Optimum Amino 2222 Softgels)
You could probably go without the Amino Acid and Myoplex(Myoplex gets very pricey), but the Whey and Multivitamin are definitly needed.

Now, if you follow that, you will get leaner and not sacrifice too much weight. You'll drop bodyfat and gain lean muscle. I can't help you too much with the boxing routine, since I just really started myself, but I'm going to try to help where I can and that's with your body.
