    This really shows little. It needs to be in the ring with foot movement and ring movement visible.

    Are you sure this isnt a wind up? ive got two close losses at amateur as my only expierience so far and from the way you shadow id like my chances and ur a pro right? im not tryna be a knob or anything jus seems relly strange to me.

    Your crouched down when your shadowboxing there do you fight in the same style? (I saw the fight with Charlie but he quit before i could get a good look at you) LOL!

    You need to be a little more upright. Step in with the jab too instead of just pushing your arm out mate. Your lead foot should be stepping in at the same time as you throw your jab.

    Keep on boxing those shadows , you have less chance of getting knocked out.
