Default Calzaghe just been ranked no1 by the WBC at 175lbs.

Could it be Dawson? i also read that due to supporter unrest he is cooling on the Roy Jones idea.

Id much rather him fight dawson tbh that would at least be a scrap.

You know what I honestly think! I think that Joe looks at Froch and sees himself when he was preparing for his fight with Eubank as the new up and coming thing in the division and he doesn't want any of that YOUNG AMBITION coming at him in the way he threw it all at Eubank all them years ago. So whats the best way to disguise that? Go and fight an aged legend that he knows people will talk about no matter how many years overdue the fight itself is!

lol Froch, Joe would box his head off.

Imagine what people would say if he chose to fight Froch?

I do think Joe should keep 168lbs open as it seems Taylor is fighting Froch and that Pavlik will soon make the move.

Logically fighting froch is a no goer as calzaghe wants one big last payoff before he calls it a day.

The jones jr fight will happen that i promise, too much money involved for the whole thing to come tumbling down now!!
    one dangerous horrible bloke

Ha ha Froch box Joe's head off thats the funniest thing i have ever read on this forum, you will see when Taylor takes Froch to the cleaners how good he really is, Joe doesn't need to be wasting time and money fighting Froch, Froch is no where near the same level nor has he even fought an opponent with a heart beat yet.

He looks at Froch and thinks whats the point in fighting another bum .Na hes a decent fighter but he hasnt fought any1 near world class yet so he doesnt deserve a shot at Calzaghe.

Joe was 24 not in his thirties like Froch!!

Joe would have an easier time against Froch than he did Kessler or Hopkins, Froch is yet to fight anyone world class, is easy to hit and Joe still has a pace ten times more than Carls!!

Joe looks at Carl and sees nothing, Carl has no an interest or following, no belt and no resume to boast about.

Carl is unproven and in his thirties
