Default Double End bag vs Reflex Bag?

Is getting a reflex bag (like this: TITLE Classic Silver Bullet Reflex Bag from Title Boxing) worth it?.

I'm currently using the double end bag , but I've noticed the way the reflex bag bounces around & back seems to be a little different from the DE. Should I get one?. I kinda like the way the reflex bag bounces up & down (vs more on a horizontal plane like the DE) because it seems to simulate a bobbing head more accurately than the DE. Also when I'm using these bags to practice slipping the reflex bag seems to simulate a downward punch better than a DE too.

The downside I see to the reflex bag is that it seems kinda slow, although I've seen some boxers work-up quite some speed on it so I guess maybe it depends on how fast you punch it?.

    I'd appreciate any thoughts!.

It's about as worthwhile as dog poop. Nor is it going to help simulate an elusive target since you're only going to be hitting it when it comes straight up or slows down.

My best advice is to make the most of the other bags. The speed bag, double end bag, and punching bags are terrific if used right.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
