Don't know where Killersheep has run off to; but I'll go ahead and get this started early.


Tonight Sebastian Demers takes on Dionisio Miranda in the main event on tonights ESPN Friday Night Fights; from Uniprex Stadium in Montreal.

I'll be honest and say I don't know much about either guy except Demers got sparked by Abraham in 2007; and I think Miranda lost to that new up and comer Kid Chocolate Quillin. Should be a good little fight, but then again I always say that.

Anyone know much more about these guys give some input.

Miranda did hurt Quillin badly and he did all right at times overall but I don't think Quillin's really much of a prospect to watch anyway so I'm not sure how much that means.

As far as Demers I have no idea. He was on ESPN 2 a month or so ago I think fighting some dude that just held his hands up for 8 rounds.

Well Telefutura is on,Interviewing Vasquez....can not understand a word.David Lopez in the main event I believe and earlier Jhonny Gonzalez (whoops) blew out some poor guy in one round that looked three weight classes out of his norm.

Vazquez says on fightnews that he's going to be at the Jhonny Gonzalez fight because that's who he wants to fight in his next fight. After that Marquez 4. Vazquez is nothing if not ballsy considering all the trouble Gonzalez gave him before the stoppage. And considering there's absolutely no real reason for him to fight him again. He could just fight Arce which he did admit was a possibility.

Well I love tennis, so I was cool with it. Better than that hillbilly car racing and poker. Plus, Nadal just took over the #1 ranking from Federer, so it was pretty big. Fed had #1 for the last 4 years straight.

So The 4th is a done deal ? Honestly,I was hoping those two would branch off and reek havoc on the rest of the division Lol.I have to agree on the Gonzalez take,was not sure about the higher weight But Gonzalez looks competent and comfortable,carried power up so far.I think he will give Vasquez concerns if it should come off.
