    I wouldnt say that.

the main fighters who use winning are because they have hand problems.

mayweather, morales, joppy, ayala are the only fighters that i have seen wear winning during a match.
hasnt ouma, and the guy who lost to taylor after joppy??

ouma were grants and everlast as far as i know. a lot of top level latin fighters wear them during training. larios and montiel wore them tonight.

Hey I noticed there have been several questions about whether these gloves are any good:

    http://store.everlastboxing.com/ever...ng-gloves.html

Well I just thought I would put a review here. I bought some nice leather $70 Everlast velcro training gloves and I also bought some of the above $29 ones from Sports Authority. The $29 ones are vinyl but they are a nice soft kind that almost feels like leather. They don't feel plastic-ish.

I have to say, the $29 and the $70 ones both feel nice and comfortable to me. They don't feel much different at all. The biggest difference I have noticed using them to do bag work and sparring is that the leather $70 ones don't make your hands sweat as much, but it's not a big deal.

Another thing I noticed is that if you strap them really tight, the $29 ones give some wrist support whereas the $70 don't because they have a much more stretchy strap. The strap on the $29 ones it kinda almost rigid and supports your wrist a little more. This probably doesn't make much difference though because if you really need support you can just wrap your hands.

Bottom line, if you don't have much money, I think the $29 ones are a good deal for a training glove, especially considering they feel hardly any different than gloves that cost over twice as much money. It really seems like Everlast used a nicer softer more natural type of vinyl than other vinyl gloves I have seen. They seem like a good bang for your buck and they are easy to put on by yourself if you have to train by yourself sometimes.

    $29 gloves (vinyl):

    $69 gloves (leather):
