    Anyone here ever over trained? what does it feel like, I think I'm kinda in a state of overtraining.

    you probably can but i dont believe you can overtrain only thing i would say is you would tear muscle and you would be soar alot and always tired but if you let you muscles heal you would probably be pretty tuff. but that is my opinion and i dont know what the hell im talking about im just giveing my opinion

    Theres no such thing as over training... just under eating/sleeping...

    Its better to be over trained than under trained. If you are over trained u will just be more tuff in the ring
