Only those fanatics. Why is it that you don't believe in things like big foot? Is there a biblical implication to it?
Nah nothing to do with the Bible. Actually Bigfoot did exist in the past. The largest known primate from the fossil record was Gigantopithecus, weighing in at over 1000 lbs and standing around 10 ft tall. According to the fossil record it died out between 300,000 and 1,000,000 years though so if one did turn up it would be more of a problem for evolutionists than creationists.
The reasons I don't believe they exist now though is that there is not a shred of good evidence for them.
It is virtually inconceivable that a great ape, almost 8 ft tall could live undetected in North America. For it to have no impact on the eco system, leave no trace of itself, all the while managing to sustain a breeding population which would have to be at least in the high hundreds is just plainly ridiculous.
The stories of great apes in Asia and other remote corners of the world comparatively untouched by civilisation have slightly more credibility but it really is very unlikely that such a large animal could elude detection for so long.
