I heard this was a controversial decision and MAB really deserved the nod, i would love to see this fight myself being a MAB fan. But i can't find it anywhere but for the people who have watched the fight, who do you think really deserved to win ?

I have the fight and I think MAB lost it, but not by much. Jones just had Barrera's number, in the same way Vernon Forrest has Mosleys. Just one of those awkward machups where somehow the inferior fighter has the egde.
Styles make fights an all
Jones had his number.I really think Barrera was weary of that right hand,Poison had a sugar glass chin but pretty nice pop .I actually had it
1.10-10
2.10-9 Barrera
3.10-9 Barrera
4.10-9 Barrera
5.10-9 Barrera
6.10-9 Jones
7.10-9 Jones
8.10-9 Jones
9.10-8 Jones.....point deduction,Low blow ??
10.10-9 Jones
11.10-9 Jones
12.10-9 Barrera
115-113 Jones, really have to rewatch it now
Jones landed straight right hands all night. Barrera was a sucker for it in both fights.
"Poison" was on one for those 2 fights... He def. beat MAB both times.
I don't think I've ever read anyone say MAB deserved the nod.
Not even hardcore MAB fans.
The fight was def. close as far as points spread goes but from an eyes point of view it was clear "Poison" had beat him.
A must see "Poison" fight is the rematch with John Michael Johnson. You often here about the McKinney and Ingle fight.
But the John M. Johnson rematch was fucken sweet. A fight that's entertaining from begining to end and def. a shocker!!!
Thanks for your input Junior Jones fights are very hard to come by, i always liked his fighting style especially his jab which was underrated.
I have seen his fights with McKinney and Ingle, the Ingle one has stuck in my mind because i was a fan of Ingle. And i actually remember before the fight.
Thinking theres no way Ingle was going to win the fight, then when i read he won i was in complete shock. Luckily someone taped it for me so i was able to watch it, that was a great win for british boxing.
It's been a long time. I remember a great fight
The wicked shall die by there own wickedness.
Barrera lost this fight and i didn't think it could have gone either way Barrera gave a better account of himself from the 1st fight but still lost.
