It still looks like too much imo. You need rest or you muscles wont heal and you will either always be sore, get sick or injured or get arthritis eventually. And instead of doing 50 reps of curls with 10 lbs, do heavier weight for about 6-10 reps so you gain strength.

If i was you id go with something like this:

    Monday-Upper/Cardio
    Tuesday- Lower
    Wed- OFF
    Thursday-Upper/Cardio
    Friday- Lower
    Saturday- Cardio
    Sunday- OFF

all right two days into the new plan now, and this feels much better. It takes alot more of my energy out of me and leaves my muscles actually feeling used instead of just warmed up. Time will tell if the results will be better though.

hey all, for the record im still around, just my internet has been acting up. I have one debate in my head now, the weight is slowly coming off, but i've got a ways left to 165, im debating on whether to lose down to 165 and risk having to lose water weight to make it, or go up to light heavy (i think) and lift more for muscle and strength, any thoughts? Also, bravo to pacman, well fought.

You may be thinking a bit too much on that. I wouldn't try adding bulking mass tho. I'd suggest to just strengthen and tone and eat properly and see where you end up. Preferably lean muscle addition. Your body will tell you your range and likely where you belong when you get in peak shape.
