im sure mine is. but this is the Holidays were i usually eat the most. i have to watch how i eat anyways since my dads whole side of the family has diabetes and i have to be careful i dont get it. but my moms side is very healthy so im like half way safe.

Its something I think about more and more. I have neglected to look after my body for years. But now Im getting closer to that big 30 its something that I contemplate.

I would imagine Im in pretty decent shape but its always wise to keep an eye on the stuff you eat.

Got mine checked a few years back,all was well, said to my doc im off to safeway to buy a big cog of triple cream brie just to celebrate and i did.
