I have kinda already completed this workout log but thought it might be of some interest and motivation to some people who are trying to drop weight.

I did all of this in 8 weeks and although it is not the best shape I've been in, it's not bad considering where I started on New Years Day.

I hope this inspires some people.

I basically used a combination of my own knowledge, what has worked for me in the past and some of Vince Delmonte's 'No Nonsense Muscle Building and Fat Cutting' Ebook techniques. (I own a website and thought it would be good to kill 2 birds with one stone by practically reviewing this ebook)

If you're interested in my stats before and after :- The first figure is my starting stat and the second is my finishing stat 8 weeks later

Waist : 35" -> 30.5 inches
Bodyfat : 16-17% -> 9%
Weight : 76kg -> 69kg
Arms : 14" -> 13.5"

I lost around 8% bodyfat and 7kg (15lbs) in weight. I did lose a slight amount of muscle in the last 2 or so weeks but overall I was happy with how it went.
