If managers aren't willing or able to participate they should be removed. Why don't we send them a PM stating that if they do not notify us of their intentions within 3 days (or whenever) then they will be removed. We have a solid, veteran poster in Titofan willing to take their places and he shouldn't have to sit on the sidelines while these guys do nothing.

There's my votes. I'm just curious to ask why do we still have managers, as everyone seems to vote on every division, thereby negating the effort a manager has to make in looking after their said division. Not that I think that should change, just not sure what purpose managers serve anymore
