I've never rated Berto anywhere near as high as you do but I think he should be able to handle Urango fairly easily but just like any pressure fighter Berto fights if he languishes on the inside he's in trouble cause he has pretty much no game there.

But Urango's just not very good. Unless I've missed some dramatic improvement lately. Granted I haven't seen his last few fights.

Finnally get to see Berto get tested! I've had enough of his build up and its time to get him in the mix of things. I'm not sure which side im takin, like all of you I think Berto is the better boxer but Urango throws some knockout hooks! It could go either way.

Yeah Urango has a puncher's chance but I respectfully disagree about thi being Berto's stiff test. I would haverather seen Cintron/Berto. Would have been difficult to root for one of them though

I don't view Berto as better than other people, at least not based on overall performances, I think he has the potential and has shown glimpses of a Floyd Mayweather or Roy Jones Jr, but more often than not he dissapoints because he gets into skirmishes he doesn't need to get into, and he gets sloppy defensively when he starts loading up on haymakers.

Berto should win this comfortably. Around 8 to 4 rounds. Even though both these guys can bang I don't think we'll see a stoppage. Maybe a flash knockdown or two.

Finally tested You must've missed the Berto/Collazo fight. Collazo arguably beat Hatton and gave Berto all he could handle. Urango is no Collazo though so don't expect that much trouble. Urango is easier to figure out.

Urango was absolutely outboxed by Ben Rabah, blatant robbery if I've ever seen one.

took the words out of my mouth...collazo i felt won that fight. urango is a stepdown compared to luis. should have been a rematch. doubt it will happen though

not digging berto at all, not sure why, but something about him just makes me root against him.

If Urango knocks him out it's a great win, I don't think it's luck.

Urango is slow and Berto is fast... If Urango lands a brutal KO punch, I think it will be aided with some luck... BTW Berto is more than 3 to 1 favorite to win this but I'm hoping they beat the shit out of each other before Urango lands that lucky KO punch...

I honestly believe George Foreman had faster hands than Urango.

Oh I see! So the faster you are the more your KO punch is based around skill and not luck?

Nice one JT that makes sense, I did wonder why he was posting in this thread.
