for the Maze bag just throw a body punch the same time you lean, straight after the bag has passed your head..i tend to stay leaning until it's come back so as not to get clipped.

You punch after the countdown if that's what you meant.

I just got the game in the mail today, and for the maize bag what I found that works best is crouching down so that the bag will always go over your head, and then weave back and forth as fast as you can. You can't jump the gun to early, you want to punch right when it tells you to, and do it on the side you last weaved to. Never stand still in the path of the bag!

It also helps to pick a small guy that has fast head movement and hand speed. All in all this mode of training is worthless in the practical skills aspect in the game.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.

Your trainer tells you how many times to avoid the bag, punch after the requested amount.

Thanks for the other tips though mate
