Well amature boxing 5 year ago i was fast and powerfull, best of all isnt it lol. Now throughing punches, there fast but not as fast as i want + looses alot of power. Whats the best way for improvement (Fast improvement) Iv been playing around with my style latley, going from a all out agressive fighter to mixing it up (Roy jones jnr ) and im liking it, latley iv been shadow boxing with wrist weaights they have been helping.
