    Default Training after lay off

Ok so I trained for 2 months really hard and intense mon-fri.
I lost 23 lbs. I fought one amateaur fight an lost da guy was good but i woulda had him if i wasnt so tense....anywayz...
id lik to start training again but cannot go to the gym any longer, ive been out of da gym for 5 months and have gained 10 lbs back and id lik to knoe if i started workin out again if would i lose the weight faster then last time due to muscle memory? or would it be juzz as hard work?

Never been in that position. The best way to find out would be to go for it and see. You know you better than anyone else.

Just ease back into the routine of it. Consistency and smart training will show results.

If you're to lose more weight this time, it'll be because you're taking a smarter approach to your training.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
