Default Nathen Cleverly v Tony Bellew

Lets hope Clev wins the European Title and fights Bellew could be a cracking fight, doubt it will happen both Warren fighters but I think Frank wouldnt risk two of his better young fighters at this stage.

Really nice bloke Tony was talking to him at the Khan/Kotelnik weigh in and his last performance quite impressive, if you missed it he stopped the guy in the first who was much more seasoned than Tony and can bang and in his previous fight only lost narrowly to Robert Stieglitz who has been in with the likes of Andrade and Berrio and not disgraced himself, and Tony is only 11 fights in.

Does anyone else think this could be a cracker?

Bit much to expect him to step straight from novice learning fights into an European title fight, don't you think. If he does decide to take a title fight it's more likely Cleverly will vacate the Commonwealth so Bellew can step into that void.

Not seen much of Bellew, but it's a heck of a step up for any fighter to go from those 8-23 fighters, and the 16-6 guys whose wins all come in their area of eastern Europe to an undefeated British and European champion.

I can see what your saying mate, but Clevs lasy 2 fights were against Macintosh and Fry who has less experience than Tony and Tony is far more talanted than them two fighters.

    I'd like to see it.

    Bellew certainly looks a puncher.

You see his celebration the other night? He was well fired up. That guy had something like 16 KOs in 17 wins or something.
