when ıf you eat anythıng lıke pızza or steak or somethıng rıch after about 7 pm you cannot move your bowels properly the next mornıng. or ıf you faıl to follow your late dınner wıth an apple or somethıng to aıd dıgestıon you are ın the toılet too long the next day and cannot seem to evacuate the bowels suffıcıently.

Geezus Master, this thread was really popular, must be a bunch of old farts like me on the forum.When you start saying that then you are getting old.
Here's another:
When it sometimes takes an extra cup of coffee or tea in the morning, to help you make your daily constitutional. (I always flush 2 or 3 times, it's a long way to the whitehouse)
