Haha, that's me too. Don't really understand anyone that drinks anymore. Trouble is, if you are around people that drink and you don't drink yourself, you feel like a bigger oddball than you already are. It's a strange feeling. One reason why I mostly just stay at home. Alcohol is nowhere.

I mean, I still drink... but only socially. For instance, when I'm with my brothers and we're hanging out. Or at a party. But I'm pretty careful about how much I drink, and usually make sure I have something to eat. Getting smashed to the point of not making any sense is something I haven't done in years and frankly... if I ever did, it's not something I'd run to my buddies boasting about it.
Sensible. I did try to have a drink at a gathering a few months ago. It was my first taste of alcohol in something like 8 months. I had a sip and thought to myself how disgusting it tasted. A couple of sips later and I realised that I was just not into it and stopped immediately. It just made me feel flustered. it's a sign that I have got old or else just become a teenager again.
I can quite happily get pissed at home on my own, people think it's sad but I enjoy it, I only do it every now and again, I enjoy a drink with a mate or two every now and again (once ever couple of months) the thought of sitting in a pub with a group of people makes me break out in a cold sweat.

    1- I don't like people
2- I dislike groups of people even more than I dislike people
3- to deal with situations like that I drink
4- when I drink in a crowd I don't have any control, I'll be absolutely wankered before the night is done and the fact that I've always been able to hold my beer works against me
You sound a bit like how I used to be. I used to drink a fair bit on my own too. I still don't like people very much and I still really hate groups of people too, but I just don't drink anymore. It's odd not drinking sometimes but I prefer it now.
Not liking groups of people would be especially tough and in a Confucius based society.

Tough deal there, I feel for ya.

I don't drink as often anymore either. Some weks more than others. If a friend comes over or what not. Xbox, PlayStation and some drinks. These days it's about drinking quality over quantity. I really like some of these Whiskey/ honey blends.

As for signs you're getting old: when you feel creepy looking at your younger female colleagues as being an old perv.

I had a margarita in Phoenix then head outside in the 115 degree heat. Felt like I wAs gonna pass out. Then Christmas I cracked open a Guinness could only drink half of one as it made me tired, great flavor in a Guinness but way to heavy. It sucks I used to drink 10 of them, who am I and where is the real me, shit I don't feel that old, I also gained three pounds over Christmas, my tits bounce when I run, I'm a walking disaster

I was feeling like I had to be a man by saying I would have a drink in any meet up but I realise that I am not a drinker and would be happy with tea or diet coke. As multiple FGOTY champion I have nothing left to prove in the manly stakes. Anyone else can drink and that is fine but I won't bother doing so. I don't even like the taste. I understand some enjoy it though and I am not a complete stick in the mud.

Thinking about heading down to London for a few days so would be up for a chat and a museum or something like that. Nothing set in stone though, just ideas at the moment. Might even buy a sweater.

I have the real one, that is a good copy you get to see. Miles stop denigrating Americans with every post. When you tease someone about where they come from it is racism and u do it a lot and I'm telling

same holds true for drunk skating, shallow surfing and hastily arranged blind dates.

Maybe I am getting old but we are too soft of sex offenders in this country. This week we have a serial rapist John Worboys the black cab rapist being released from prison after only 8 years.

Yet in the USA we have former Olympic doctor Larry Nassar been handed a jail sentence of 175 years for abusing female athletes he was supposed to be treating. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-42725339

As long as you don't remember them it's plausible deniability
