    Default Turkey

    yea or nay?

    nay.

I will have a few bites but mainly just sweet potatoes, corn, lima beans, dressing, stuff like that.

Its okay with gravy I guess. I guess if the gravy is really good.

I love Crimbo dinner. For me though the Turkey I could take or leave, its the sprouts, pigs in blankets etc that make it for me.

Nothing better than christmas dinner with the family tucking in to turkey, stuffing, sausage meat, peas, potatos, gravy etc

Much prefer family boxing day meal - cold cut turkey served with pickles and a variety of other condoments

We don't ever really have Turkey for Christmas for whatever reason, mainly just Thanksgiving. I guess saying I'll have a few bites is a bit of an exaggeration but I like the side dishes a lot better.

Turkey is only dry when it's cooked wrong....use a browning bag or fry it. Turkey is great stuff!

My mom always cooked a decent turkey (I've had bad ones elsewhere) but I still wouldn't say the breast meat of turkey is exactly juicy and flavorful. Its like chicken but not as good. Granted I've never had a fried one. The thigh meat and the wings are pretty good though and the breast meat isn't bad for sandwiches.
