Are drilled techniques a great way to improve punching power and speed? (Where you might throw 100 jabs, take a break, throw 100 crosses, then throw 100 1-2's etc.)?
If so, what kinds of drills do you like to use?

Hey there Clubber!
To increase my power I just tried to focus on form and hitting the heavybag correctly and then trying to punch through the bag.
I've never really focused on speed, but that's all going to change when I start working out this time because ripping power punches at the heavybag hurt my back last time.
