Its amazing the routines you can do with 2 of them and Fitballs. Good for working on Techniuqe with, love them

What are they? ive just googled them and they just seem to be like elastic bands, are these what you use in your fast hands youtube video?
Im not using them there but can, if you join them. I use them a lot for realisation stuff, you can get different resisstance ones and lengths. Oh realisation is only feel adapting it to movement.

Doing a vidio at the moment 8 hours long. All exciting stuff, on different cocepts of movement, people who have seen it, say they cant sleep at night. So obviusly it brings on insomnia, and this one will cost .

nice one let me know when its ready scrap ill buy a copy for sure, ive been using the roller and fit balls alot 20 mins at the start of every workout to get my hands and feet working better together and i can definently feel the difference when doing this before my work outs.
