Andre Ward has reportedly pulled out of his April 24 SUPER SIX clash with Allan Green due to a knee injury. He will be out 4-6 weeks. The bout with Green, who replaced Jermain Taylor in the tournament, will be rescheduled.

Man...this sucks...4-6 weeks,those who said this tournament will never see its end maybe right...one boxer already out(he got replaced,but still...)and two fights already rescheduled,because of injuries...

I think Fensters Prediction of this event not ending is not out of the question.

There was no chance this would ever go as planned (don't start fuming Rantcarat, I wish it had worked but it was obvious it would not).

Ward probably wants out of the SS. Now he has a title there are more lucrative fights for him than Dirrell and Green

I don't think the tournament is over anyway. Personally, I was more excited about Kessler v. Froch than Ward v. Green.

On another note, how come recently every opponent of Green pulls out before the fight? This makes three in a row: Oganov, Bika, and now Ward.

At least that is what most people think...which, makes you wonder why he didn't just take a shot and fight him? You have to think if it were JT, he would have gone on with the fight...
