    Default Tyson Fury

Watched him last night against McDermott and i wasnt that impressed really. I know it was probebly hot in that building but if he's blowing his cheeks out after 3 rounds then what hope has he got against better opposition?

That's what I been saying for a while now. He never looks in good shape and his stamina is pretty bad for a younger fighter.

I agree that he shouldn't be gassed out after so few rounds, but he was still throwing occasional good combos even when he was at his lowest ebb, but to me it did look as though it must've been very hot in there, as McDermott normally works on coming forward, and he looked as though he was struggling from early on too.

I'm not convinced that training with his family is the best thing for him, he needs someone to push him that extra mile (or three) in training and develop the stamina for the longer rounds.

Fury light punching big guy who is easy to hit , lacks stamina , and will lose the second he fights a guy who can punch.
I for one would like to take him up on his offer to fight the brothers grim , id love to see him brutally knocked out.
Big mouth but not much else , also he is a gypsy , whoare renowned for fighting , maybe that gene missed the Fury family.

He has had a few different trainners now.

Needs to stick to 1 who wont take any of his ego or bullshit.

I think he has the potental to go at least as far as European level. Also he is very young by HW standards and has lots of time to learn as long as is willing to take it in.

I'd like to see that again, can anyone knock up a clip of just that?

Made me laugh even more as he nearly fell over after!

I think big Larry would knock him out, as would Sexton who I don't rate much either.

    This fight was surreal.

The weight of the both of them, how fucked they looked, the ridiculous 'Ali shuffle' that Fury did (my sporting moment of the year), the scared look on his face, the interview at the end, the tears. FFS. It's one fight I've stuck on my hard drive.

Larry would fucking murder Tyson. It would be worth seeing just for the look on Tyson's face as Larry comes charging towards him.

Love Tyson tbh - comedy gold.

The pre fight interview is here. Literally (well not literally as I have bladder control) pissed myself listening to it after the fight.

"Firstly I'd like to thank my lord and saviour jesus christ...and say hello to my cousin Vinny".

"The heat in here...oooooh (very camp)...I don't wanna swear is very, very, very hot!"

His dad in the background shouting random things at the interviewer then Tyson starts blubbering like a little girl.

Brilliant, sheer brilliance. He is going to overtake Miguel Cotto as my favourite boxer I am sure.

Absolute joke of a fighter. At least Mc Doughnut is fairly likeable. Fury is a grade A wanker and so is his stupid Dad. The Boxing version of James Cordon. Fat, shit and over confident.

Agreed but, as said before, he is great comedy value.

Also, there is no way he is 21. He is the Obafemi Martins of the boxing world..
