I decided to decrease the intensity of my pull ups by doing sets split out through the day and instead of doing them every other day, I'm doing it every day. I'm doing about 50-60 pulls up everyday and about 100-120 push ups.

I'm taking the 30th and 1st off since I'm starting the focus mitts again on the 2nd since I've broken my hand.
