Default Alternative to a heavy bag

I can't hang a heavy bag in my home so I was wondering if there were nice alternatives. I recently bought a Century Wavemaster Super X (270 lbs freestanding) but a good hit moves it a few inches so every 8 hits or so I have to roll it back into position. People have told me to circle around it but in a space confined area I really can't. Am I really going to have to drive 45 minutes to the gym everyday?

Heavy bags are invaluable in training that's for sure, they help with power footwork, and you can do both aerobic/anaerobic card workouts on them..but..there are other ways to work each if these areas if you don't have access to one..there are a ton of exercises for all these but I would still try to use one at least twice a week if not improvise with the others
