    Default Boxing Instructional Videos

Just spent several hours watching on-line boxing instruction...lots of garbage out there. One recommendation, though. On youtube I found a guy called "billiardjay" and his videos are pretty worthwhile. Make sure you get the older guy with the well-broken nose; he knows stuff. The younger guy, not so much. (I"m sure that somebody more tech-savvy than myself can provide a link?)

The tall, thin, older guy right? I believe that's Don Familton's videos. I thought that they were pretty good. He used to work in a gym in Southern Cal. I remember, I really liked what he had to say on movement.

I have the videos on my computer, but you can watch the videos in its entirety by clicking on the links below:

I have Familton's DVD instructionals and they are definitely the best. Other trainers i would recommend are Chris Getz, Russ Anber, Jeff Fenech and Freddie Roach. Have their DVD's and They are all good BUT NOT EVEN CLOSE to the great old school Don Familton.

Would love to see a DVD instructional or a "boxing technique" related book from Scrap.

No, not Russ Anber! Does he still do that thing with the sticks- the a-frame sticks to determine your stance? I have several of his DVDs...Sorry, I'm a bit sarcastic today, so I'll lay off Mr. Anber
