I weigh 75kgs, 6foot, im not sure what size to get, I saw one of your video where the guy has two from his feet over shoulders. but id also like to use the technique of tying to your head and shadow boxing. I have some normal resistance bands but dont think they're strong enough. Thanks for help

I found some online scrap got a pair of blues. Ill be checking out your vids to see how to use them properly. thanks mate.
OK my bands have been delivered now I nee some ideas I've watched some of your vids on youtube scrap, I can do the ShadowBoxing with the blue bands from feet over shoulders. But I havn't got a really long one to put around my waist and to a post. Any ideas would be great, I have 2 blues, 2 reds, and 2 yellow. Thanks

What you need is a large climbing Carabener, snap link. Clip 2 together, dont loop them together its hard to pull them apart .
