Default Technique - quick notion with tennis ball!!!!!!!

Hello guys, this technique is a much more useful technique for boxers, kick boxers and generaly for people dealing with martial arts.
    it's simple,you can do 3 three-minutes before practice for warming up,at least that's what i do.
this exercise won't make you stronger, or faster.it's purpose is to train your eye.So it's an exercise for your eyes and the target your hands will have.
It's good to be done in open spaces , so that you can ''dance'' and at the same time , workout your pacing.
    thanx a lot .

Saw this before but im not too sure on it, I think shadow boxing is a lot more benificial as I could see myself picking up bad habbits on this. Maybe it would be ok to work on your parrys rather than punching but then again your not going to get enough force on it to come back to you.

Not real sure if this accomplishes anything, but it looks like it would be fun to do.
