A mate of mine owns a cocktail bar. For the record I dont usually drink cocktails as they're gay, except between 7 and 9pm when they're two for one.

Anyways, when I do drink a cocktail I always go for the one with the most alcohol - in this instance a Long Island Ice Tea. Last night my mate asked why I chose one of those and I answered because it's pound for pound the best one on the menu, The Pacquiao!

This got my mate thinking, he wants to create a cocktail called The Pacquiao. So, have you any suggestions as to the ingredients?

My mate can't get any PeDs before you say and we've already got The Mayweather cocktail sorted. It's basically a glass of water, looks like vodka but got no substance.

The paquiao= A really strong energy drink, mixed with lambanog.

you know the cloth they use to wipe spilled alcohol on the prep table. its pretty much a mix up of all alcohol used in cocktails.

the energy drink plus lambanog is actually a good idea! for me it should contain a really strong alcohol and some mangoes on top.

It would be drunk by people in complete denile of their addiction claiming that everything in the drink is perfectly legal.

It would be named the greatest cocktail on the planet even though there would be far better legal cocktails out there

To make it the barman would have to where glasses and a fake beard that shakes alot. This is very important.

All the legal ingredients get put in first. Unfortunately at this stage the drink looks and taste likes shit. In fact it stinks out the place.

Heres where the magic happens though. The shakey, beared, specticled bar man then loads the under the counter stuff into the drink and then shakes it violently (not stirred) and then miraculously a wonder drink is born.

1 shot Jamaican Dark Rum
1 shot Sambuca
1 shot Cointreau
1 shot Absynthe
1 shot Vodka
1 sprig of mint

Mix in a shaker with 2 cubes of ice.

Serve neat.

Actually a Martini has more alcohol as all ingredients are alcoholic Gin & Vermouth, whereas in an L.I.T you've got some sour mix and Coca-Cola in there....for a highball maybe you're right, but for cocktails you're wrong.....dead wrong
