    Default Getting down to weight

I've been training at a boxing gym for a while now, around 9 months and i'm really wanting to start getting my weight down. I'm approx 93kgs and am looking to get down to 80kgs as quick as poss. (By June if poss)

What are the kind of things I should be eating and drinking in my daily routine to aid this?

    Any help appreciated.

    Jay

soz if this is patronising jay but losing weight is about excersize and diet

count your calories and put a lot into your training

if you eat the recommended 2000 to 2500 calories a day and burn off 1000 of those in the gym you are gonna lose weight, and you could even have the odd chocolate bar as a treat
