Boxing just for fun

Hi,

I want to light spar in leicester just for fun no faces punches.

I cant box propely as i cant take the pain.

boixing is so much fun just a pity, its so painfull and not like football or badminton

Personally, I think that body punches hurt worse than getting hit in the face. And your face does get used to it.

Got to agree with grey. Getting a shot just underneath your ribcage really takes the wind out of you, id much prefer one on my nose

In my gym the big ass guys use like 18-20oz gloves. They have headgear made by fighting sports that have a facesaver bar that runs across...protects the face.

As for the body punches, and shots to the liver....they hurt. Gotta get the core strength built up, exhale when you see punches coming to the body. Or just hit 'em first
