Eh, that's on me. I use boxrec and I'm usually pretty careful but somehow I looked right over it. Not sure how considering it was right above the Theophane fight which was pretty mediocre on paper. Its too late now though.

What looked like it might be a wide open final week with a lot of fights turned into a dud. Three fights that were either cancelled, voided, or called no contests, and everyone picked Khan and Lemieux.

One thing happened this week that was a real pain in the ass. The Golovkin-Simon fight was rescheduled from Saturday to Friday because of the cancellation of the Wlad fight.

I didn't notice that till after the fact and because it was listed as a Saturday fight two players (including one in the top three) didn't get their picks in on time, and there's no way I could count them. Its difficult to account for everything so if anyone notices something like that just let us know. We can't catch everything, I've got school and work, Rhun sells video games.

Luckily it didn't affect who won the competition

At this point, the plan is that we will be back sometime in late January. The reason why we stopped the contest at this point (although the Froch-Ward fight is next week, it's not easy to pick an exact stop date months in advance) is that last year we played through the Christmas and New Years Holidays which was a disaster, there's just no fights. I've taken a quick look at boxrec and it looks like things start getting going around the 20th of January.

Congrats Comegalletas. Also to fatsandman for placing second once again. My results in the last 3 seasons- 2nd, 1st and now 3rd. I'm quite happy with the results. See you all in the next season. Cheers
