Default Let's talk about culture: Hot sauce

This could go in the cuisine thread but what the fuck, its not like this board is being overloaded with activity.

I am a hot sauce person.

This could be the condiment thread. Culture. I like dijon mustard and homemade mayonnaise is fantastic. People who don't like mayonnaise are fucking demented. Possibly poofs.

all store cupboard sauces have uses , as long as you do not put hot sauce with every dish and overpower it.

personally i like , Worcestershire sauce , mustards , as for a chilli sauce i like a thai sauce with garlic , but prefer to make my own.

Louisiana Hot Sauce is my preferred. Alberts makes a pretty good salsa but I like to make my own. I also make my own pepper sauce. Stubb's is the best BBQ sauce, I keep a couple different mustards (honey, dijon, deli) and miracle whip for sandwhiches. Siracha on eggs is a regular in my household. The rib keeps a ton of sauces and condiments but those above are what I usually use.

I don't have a favourite but hot sauces can be very nice. Only sometimes though, that stuff isn't good for the stomach.

I remember once eating a scotch bonnet pepper and coming over with the most awful feeling... Like a mini illness. A whole body experience.

I have a mayo problem. I put tons on then sometimes even dip each bite in a little side of mayo :\ Yeah no good. Franks red hot is my old favorite my new favorite is that fire roasted tobasco sauce that is fucken awesome. You taste the actual peppers, it's so good. That chili sauce with the rooster on it I have a giant jar of from my short stint working at pf changs this summer. It's good, but super fucken hot I have to mix it.
