    Default 1-handed boxing

I dislocated my right shoulder about 5 times, and currently train with my left, i try to rest more and always have my mind on the sport, and i wear a shoulder brace on my right shoulder, and i want to know if i go to tournaments could i wear the shoulder brace, would they allow that.

wtf? 1st of all wearing that brace clearly indicates a health problem with the shoulder and by itself would disqualify you from any pro competition. 2nd if you get hit in that shoulder it will dislocate again or worse. 3rd that brace may be an unfair protection piece against your opponent's blows. 4th how the F&%^ are you going to block punches on that side of your body/head?

I would say that you stop competitions till you'Re fully recovered, it is useless to rush up things only to worsen your injury.

    This is only marginally related...
I used to do this thing, while hitting the heavy and double end bags, where I'd start with a can of beer in my right hand. (16 oz cans work better than 120z cans) I'd hit the bag with a jab. As I threw my right I'd switch the can of beer to my left hand, transfer it back when I hooked, and so on. When you get thirsty, double the jab.
Of course, if you are a southpaw, start with the beer in your left hand.

This sounds like a bad martial arts movie.

I've only seen Best of the Best 2. It was quite horrible, but entertaining.
