    Default Shoulders over hips?

Saw this video on youtube emphasizing that the shoulders should be over (or in front of) the hips. I can see two ways of doing this
    1) Shoulder and weight forward over front knee which is a big NO-NO
    2) Stick your hips (arse) back.

I never really though too much about my shoulder to hip position. Any thought on this video?

One way not having seen the video. Is another way of looking at it, make sure your Ears are in line with the Coxxys, your centre of gravity.

    Hi Scrap,
I want to ask you about something from a long time. How we can stay in balance when we go into crouch? For what we must be looking for?

Theres qiute a few shifts, depending on where and what you want to achieve. Its all down to where you put the feet and why. Tell me more, its all about Levels, Depth and Distance.

    Lets say this two:
The first one that is interesting for me is to slide under punches (like Rocky) on long distance and the second position is when i am over my left side (for orthodox) in a clinch position and i want to avoid some hooks
