    Default Black Sabbath

Yes I am a Sabbath fan, and I have just heard Tony Iommi is diagnosed with Cancer, now I am in my
fifty's.Looking back I have seen Sabbath about 7 time's live, and I all way's rated Iommi as one of the great guitarist's. It's very sad to hear about his illness, and my I wish him well.

They are an awesome seminal band who pretty much single handedly kicked started a whole genre. I have never seen them live but saw Tony Iommi play at the Freddy Mercury Tribute shindig at Wembley. His playing style, developed after losing the tips of his fingers, proves that nothing should stand in the way of you doing what you love. Legend. Good luck Tony.

Sabbath's metallıc and cerebral tones blew away my amygdala and left hıppocampus on several occasıons....really left ıts ımpressıon on my mınd's landscape.
Great overdrıven speakers wıth sometımes throaty, dreamlıke dıstortıon and melodıc vocals by Ozzy, ıts lıke what you heard ın a past lıfe. I love Wheels of Confusıon.

    Hope the best for Tony.

In 1992, I saw Ozzy in Irvine, Ca. That was the night of the first reunion of the original Sabbath reunion; they played four songs after Ozzy's set. Also that night Sabbath performed with Rob Halford on vocals. The opening act was Sepultura. Funny thing; everybody played 'Paranoid' that night. Four versions of it.

Sabbath gets into your bones and claims them as it's own. Best to Tony and fam. Volume at 10.

I would have been most excited about seeing Sepultura.

Sabbath are great though, they were pioneers.
