I was going to put this in the training section but thought I had raised it before so searched and found I had posted about this before.

So I have been one for a long time.

Any help appreciated, I think it will tear and people have told me that is very painful.

You need to try swimming. I’d suggest starting out with the backstroke, in every river you can find around Feneous. Start during the seasonal floods, your chances will be slightly better then. Otherwise, you’re just too old and sedentary, so get used to it.

Swimming is good exercise but seems too much of a hassle just to get the achillis to be better.

    Resting helps.

I have THEE VERY SAME PROBLEM in my left achilles now. Was told to stretch it out every morning until it stops and if it does not stop, you may need an injection of anti-inflammatory stuff.

It only happens during strenuous exercise, walking is fine and actually helps recovery.

True, I do stretch but do not stretch enough.

I do rotating the foot clockwise and anti clockwise.

I also stretch leaning against the wall.

I also lean down in the sprinting position stretching the achilles

And I lean at the edge of a step and stretch the achilles everyday, even when I am not training.
exactly he must learning the wall

Deer Tendon is very tasty when cooked for a long time and served with soy.

Sorted out my tender achilles issues, got new trainers with a good cushioned heel. No problems now.
