Angry Doubling up the jab.. Help?

okay ive learned the difference and practiced a stiff jab, so you probably cant do those quickly without a lot of practice, so how do you do 2 regular jabs, fast? like...
would you fully extend the first then on the rebound only go back a little bit and snap it back into their face

For me, the double jab is mostly about footwork. If you are moving forward, throw the first jab as you push off with the back foot and step forward with the front foot, as you bring the first jab back, slide the rear foot forward and then use that momentum to propel the second jab (finish by bringing the rear foot up). If you are moving backwards it's the reverse. You can also do it in a circle, with pivots. If you are orthodox and moving left, throw as you move your front foot slightly left, recoil as you swing your rear foot in to place and then repeat it. Keep the movements small. Try to improve your position with your jab.

Okay, does that make jabbing twice quicker? cuz im not worrying about the power of my jab right now, just how quickly i can do it

I am not suggesting the footwork for power so much as for effectiveness. You will get what I mean if you do some controlled sparring drill (assuming you are at this stage). Try hitting your partner for 1/2 a round only using single, double or triple jabs. Your partner can move his feet, parry, block, slip, duck, et al, but in the beginning rounds have him only defend, then switch roles. As you advance you can do a round of sparring with jabs in which you can both attack and defend simulataneously (but again only use jabs) I think pretty quickly you will find out that jabbing without proper footwork is a pretty fruitless endeavor.

Alright cool thanks, cuz i think im going to be an outside fighter by how im doing so far, so i wanna get my jab and right cross to go beautifully.
moving quick on my feet lots of jabs and right crosses seems like what i do right now or just jab until i find an opening
